The serene atmosphere makes the Palace one of the most relaxing places you can find in bustling Bangkok.
If you’re interested in the Thai Silk trade, there’s no better place to learn about it’s emergence into the modern Western world than at “Jim Thompson’s House”. Here you will see the remarkable Thai house Jim [a gay American] built, which is filled with fine Thai and Western antiques, some spanning 14 centuries.
